In addition to her editorial and album cover work, Theresa Kereakes has two never-ending traveling exhibits of vintage punk rock photos. Unguarded Moments: Backstage and Beyond is the subject matter of this collection from her vast Punk Turns 30 archive. Up next is a book of the images from the Unguarded Moments tour with bonus content, such as tour diary entries and photos from the events. Punk Rock Day of the Dead is an annual event held during the Dia de los Muertos celebration.

Books on the Market
In 2012, the novel Chick Bassist by Ross E. Lockhart was published. Its front an back covers are each a photo of Lorna Doom by Theresa. Two books about Joan Jett, one by Todd Oldham with Joan and another by Dave Thompson, published in 2010 and 2011, include Theresa's photos taken in Joan's apartment during the 70s. 2008 saw the publication of The Encyclopedia of Punk. The comprehensive reference-styled coffee table book features Theresa's work (The Dils).
In 2007, as Punk's 30th anniversary was approaching a benchmark date, 3 coffee table books about punk rock hit the market, and each of them contains a contribution from Theresa.
Punk 365 by Holly George-Warren is a comprehensive look back at punk rock's earliest days and includes 3 of Theresa's vintage punk rock photos.
Bomp! by Suzy Shaw and Mick Farren is a biography of Bomp, the magazine, record shop and label that not only defined a genre, but whose founder, the late Greg Shaw, was responsible for many accomplishments, the least of which was being one of the first editors to publish writing by the late Lester Bangs. Bomp! contains dozens of Theresa's photos, including ones she took for the label that served as Bomp's promotional, publicity and album cover pictures.
Finally, The Official Punk Rock Book of Lists by Amy Wallace and punk rock's King of All Men, The Dictators' Handsome Dick Manitoba is an entry into the Book of Lists franchise and includes Theresa's list, which is based on her experiences working at the Whisky A Go Go in Hollywood, California during punk rock's early days.
In October 2006, Steven Lee Beeber's The Heebie-Jeebies at CBGB's: A Secret History of Jewish Punk was published and it includes a vintage Theresa K. photo of Stiv Bators.

Dee Dee Ramone & Stiv Bators
These photographs of Joan Jett and Billy Idol, and of Dee Dee Ramone and Stiv Bators are just two of her most published images but Theresa's more than a punk rocker! Although best known for her vintage punk rock photo website, Punk Turns 30 and some legendary record covers, Theresa is an active, working photographer who continues to create record covers, fill editorial pages and exhibition halls.
Theresa Kereakes documents life in a gritty documentary style. While rock n roll remains a favorite subject, her Still Lifes, Street Scenes and Portraits are also available for commercial and editorial uses, and all images are available for private sales.
Theresa is an active working photographer, in-demand for photo sessions - headshots/portraits, advertorial and photo illustration, album covers, publicity stills, etc. Most recently, she completed photo sessions for new albums by two legendary artists, Mary Weiss, lead singer of the Shangri La's, backed by The Reigning Sound, and also for the Alarm Clocks. Both albums are available from Norton Records.
